The SOAR Foundation, established in 1995, is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, and nonreligious charitable organization. The Foundation is dedicated to provide scholarships and promote educational opportunities for the impoverished but academically excellent students in the rural areas of China and Taiwan, so they can acquire a high school or similar level vocational school education.
