Xiao Tiandi (Little Voice) is an electronic journal published by the Soar Foundation. Most of the articles came from students sponsored by Soar Foundation. Every issue will also include one or two articles by overseas writers, scholars or student mentors. Xiao Tiandi (Little Voice) is published every March and August.
